I felt incredibly blessed to have had him as my agent as he helped neutralize the emotion involved in the home buying negotiation process, including inspection and appraisal. Lastly, the seller had moved out our early during purchase leaving the yard in need of a mow, Blake brought his personal mower in his car and mowed the lawn prior to my arrival for the keys to my new home, that is going over and beyond!
